Cascade is a monumental composition, embodying ideas and designed by A. Tamanyan, during the construction of Northern Avenue. The architectural ensemble harmoniously combine with the small square, located between the Moskovyan street and Mashtots and Bagramian avenues. Cascade represents a system of stepped transitions, fountains and flower beds across the slopes of Kanaker hills, connecting the central part of the city with the northern region. One can go up the stairs or escalators to the main observation deck of Yerevan. The absolute difference of heights in vertical from the first stage of the escalator up to the last stage totals 100m. Length of the construction is 500 meters with a width of 50m.

The stay in the Ararat hotel will become one of the most pleasant memories of your visit to Yerevan.
